If the delivery is taking longer than the maximum delivery period or if the tracking information shows that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team.
We will contact DHL and submit a formal investigation request regarding the shipment.
The investigation for shipments within the United Kingdom can take up to two weeks, and for international shipments, it can take up to three weeks.
