How can I pick the right size?

We have a dedicated return portal where you can return your order. Please note that orders that are received after 14 days are eligible for returns.

How can I return an order?

We usually issue refunds when we receive the order at our warehouse and takes 2-3 business days for the refund to transfer to your original method of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Our returns are eligible up to 14 days, the return eligibility date will start once the customer receives the delivery.

We offer free returns within the UK.

What is your return policy?

Under normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days.

The actual delivery time of the parcel varies between 2-4 business days within the UK and deliveries to the Republic of Ireland can take up to 7 business days.
