What happens if the courier is unable to deliver or if I am not home?Updated 3 years ago

Depending on your location and local courier service, the courier will pass by up to three times at your delivery address or the package will be delivered to the nearest post office/collection point. If your package is delivered to a post office or collection point, it will be available for pick-up for up to 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks, if your package is not collected or delivered, it will be returned to us and then we will proceed to the refund.
