We ship the parcel with an invoice and return slip. We also send the invoice and return information within the confirmation email after the order placement. If you are not able to find the confirmation email of your order, please contact our customer support .
For shipments to the non-EU countries, we are required to attach a customs declaration and a copy of the invoice to the package.
