Please note the following:

- Whether your order has a gift/ bundle/ "BOGO" promotion and whether you have returned it. If an order includes a gift or bundled items, it should be returned with the order or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

- Whether you have applied a coupon code/loyalty points. If the order was partially returned, the points will be partially refunded or the points will be calculated on the products.
