Why was a gift/bundle item not included in the shipment?Updated 14 hours ago

• To receive a gift/additional BOGO (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional BOGO and bundle item, which was not on the final placed order.
• At the end of GOBI’s promotions, coupons, gifts, bundles, BOGO, sales offers, and any following offers can have varying duration dates and differing sales concepts. Certain promotions may not be used in the same order. Please contact our customer service for more information.
• The gift promotion does not apply to orders placed under the "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" promotion. Unless an additional product above the threshold of £199 outside the BOGO promotion is placed in the same order, in which case the gift is applicable.
• When placing an order using the BOGO promotion, please note that the order will be charged by the higher-valued product and the lower-valued product will be considered free.
