Step 1: Select an item from anywhere on the site, choose a colour, size, alteration preferences, and quantity, and then add it to your shopping cart.
Step 2: When you’re ready to complete your order, click the “Check Out” button in your cart. You’ll be taken to the sign-in page where you can sign in to your GOBI account, check out as a guest, or go through PayPal Checkout.
Step 3: You will be taken to the Shipping Information page. Make sure you review this page carefully, as we have limited ability to modify addresses once the order has been completed.
Step 4: Upon entering your address, you’ll then be taken to the payment information page. Please be sure to make sure that all of your billing information matches what your financial institution has on file.
Step 5: Once your payment information is entered, you will be taken to the Place Order page to review all of your order details. Be sure to carefully review this information, as we are unable to modify the items in your order once payment has been processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
